Since its inception the CAR has been open to neighborhood initiatives. These are activities that take place on a regularly schedule and that you are welcome to join.

Wednesdays from 19:00 to 20:30- Choir of the neighborhood of Carmen
Every other Thursday - Ecological Products Consumption Group.
Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00-Peruvian dance workshop with the Q'ori Llaqta Association.
