Last week arrived at the CAR of the laundry of all the wool of our flock.

In our search for new uses and applications for this wonderful material, HUSOS proposes this Friday, December 2, a series of actions around the use of wool as a thermal insulator:

- A wet felting workshop by the hand of Lanas Marcianas at 10:00h, to create a prototype of alternative technical garments to those made of synthetic materials for extreme cold. Based on the experience of Hilo Moreno, polar explorer, wool has proved to be the most effective biotechnological material against extreme temperatures.

- After the workshop, we will have lunch together at the CAR and Hilo Moreno will tell us in a relaxed talk about his experience at the ends of the world.
