The laboratory kitchen welcomes culinary experimentation with INLAND’s ingredients and products of the land through a network of collaboration. This axes extends from the courtyard garden — a type of pantry and cultivation space to grow crops within the city  — into the canteen and dining room, which will also serve as a space for tastings and workshops. We invite producers, cooks and artists that work with food or the social aspect of feasting.
